From the very beginning, we felt we were in the best hands with her. Thanks to Jole, we found the most beautiful location, which turned out to be absolutely perfect for us and our wedding. And from there on, she supported us every step of the way with her advice, experience and countless helpful tips. Jole is incredibly responsive and always takes the time to answer every question and ease any uncertainty. We especially appreciated her honesty: whenever one of our ideas wasn’t quite practical or well thought through, she told us openly and helped us find a better solution, always while keeping our wishes and vision at the heart of everything. Jole is a superhero. This is how we introduced her to our guests in the first hours of our wedding weekend. She made everything easier and less stressful for us. She is really responsive and she has a natural talent for problem-solving. She was great at finding the right vendors, accelerating the communication between the vendors and us and coordinating all these parties (including me and Beril). We will never forget her diligence regarding the weather events (there was an extreme wind problem during our days. She was closely following 5 different forecasts (including military forecasts :)) Together with Jole, we made the hard decision and took the risk of doing the wedding dinner outside. It was the right decision and everything went amazing. Another example is organizing the shuttle and bringing guests from 12 different countries. There’s no other way to say it, but Jole is amazing! We clicked instantly, and from the first call onward she understood what we wanted, even when our requests were a little unconventional for an Italian wedding. A particular highlight being the incredible intimate theatre venue she found for us! She was open and honest at every point of the planning process, extremely friendly and personable, and it was delight to have her involved in the actual wedding day. I can’t recommend her services enough, and hope we stay in touch! Even the managers of the reception venue made a point of telling us how great she was to work with. We would absolutely recommend Jole as a wedding planner! She knows her job as wedding planner very well. She stepped in quite last minute since the wedding planner of our location was not available. She was quick with arranging what was necessary. She was flexible and always coming up with ideas. Everything was confirmed before the wedding. It was very uncertain until last minute if our wedding could go through due to medical reasons. We stayed in close contact with Jole and she was really there for us. During our wedding, Jole was also amazing. She did our wedding with her own personal touch. She did a lot of decorations for us and really made sure it was out of our hands. I couldn’t recommend Jole and her services more! What an amazing and special day she helped create for us in our elopement to Italy. When we thought about potentially eloping in Italy with only a few months to go, we weren’t sure where to begin. Jole arranged a video call quickly and was very clear in terms of everything that we needed to get on with, offering support and guidance along the way. Jole arranged everything in Italy for us, from the location, to the finer details. In order to make our special day as stress free as possible. We can't put into words how happy and grateful we are to have had Jole as our wedding planner. At first, we thought we’d only have a small elopement in Italy (we're a German couple) and wouldn’t need anyone to help us with the organization… we were wrong. Even with such a small wedding, so much comes up that you don't expect… A day before our wedding, heavy rain was forecast, but Jole was able to rearrange everything so well that it turned out to be a perfect day.
